Return/Exchange Policy

Online Returns

ONLINE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS- refunds will go to the original payment form.

Online returns will not be accepted if item/items are shipped back beyond the 14 day after date of delivery.

Items must be unworn with tags still attached, if items returned that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale items, undergarments, cosmetics and jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

In Store Returns

IN STORE RETURNS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE-refunds will go to the original payment form.

IN STORE EXCHANGES 5-14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE- store credit will be issued for all items returned within this timeframe.

*store credit does not expire and can be use in store as well as online

How to return an item bought online:

Step 1: Ship items to the following address:

Step 2:  All returns must be pre-paid and post marked within 14 days of the date that the item was originally shipped to you. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number for the shipment.

* Ivy Hill is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages

Step 3: Once the returned merchandise is received within the proper timeframe, we will process your return within five business days. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.

Step 4:  Please note that any return that does not meet these requirements will be refused.

Inventory Notice

Our online store pulls from the same inventory that is at our physical floor location. On occasion, items may be purchased in store and online at the same time before inventory can be properly adjusted. We will do everything to ensure that your order is fulfilled and will notify you in the event that the item is no longer available and you will not be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
